You may think you know the answer to "What do you want?", but your actions may suggest otherwise. Sometimes your actions (or lack of action) reveal your purpose to you. And then you might feel conflict between your imagined purpose and revealed purpose.<br /><br />For example, I say I want internal strength. But my actions show me taking the "night class approach" to achieving this Ph.D., e.g., I don't practice with the fervor of someone driven to "get it".
